Standard Company Formation - ICPA Package - £100 inc
This will include the Certificate of Incorporation, 6 bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles and a Company Register.
Limited Liability Partnerships - £90 inc
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is similar to a normal partnership - but it also offers reduced personal responsibility for business debts.
Unlike members of ordinary partnerships, the LLP itself is responsible for any debts that it runs up, not the individual partners.
Limited by Guarantee Company - £130 inc
A limited by guarantee company is usually incorporated for non-profit making functions such as Residents Management Companies. This type of company has no share capital and instead has members rather than shareholders. The members of the company guarantee to contribute a sum, agreed to in the Memorandum and Articles, to the liabilities of the company which become due in the event of the company being wound up, normally this would be £1.
